House Rules
No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the rental. Service animal is allowed upon request, extra fee is applied.
No Parties
No parties or loud music is allowed. Un-registered guests will be not allowed to enter the property.
No Smoking
No smoking inside the property. We allow smoking in the outside areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in a ashtray and not bowls, cups or any other utensil from the kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or left cigarette butts on outside area will be charged a minimum $500 fee.
Lost and Found
We are more than happy to mail back forgotten items. Please note that we are not responsible for the items that are being left in the property though rest assured that we will help to ship it back once found, shipping fee will be covered by the recipient.
Please submit a form to us and we will process your request.
Towel and Linen
Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will incur a fee of $25/each.
Please do not use towels provided for other use outside of the property. Please do not use bath towels in the pool area.
Swimming Pool
The owner and management do not accept responsibility in the event of injury or death caused as a result of the use of the pool. All children must be supervised at all times. Diving, horseplay, and running around the pool area are prohibited.

Quiet Hour
Respect neighbors quite hours starting from 10:00 till 07:00. During these hours please reduce noise & music volume.
Wash Dishes
If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. Basic dishwasher tablets are provided.
Damages
Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages caused by guests must be paid.
Energy Usage
We would appreciate if you could turn off all lights, close windows and doors when you leave the house each day, and on check out.
Delivery
Please make sure all your package delivered within your stay. We do not take responsibility for receiving packages.
Late Checkout
Late check-out may be available only by contacting us before your check-out time. Additional charges may apply.

Trash Procedure
Trash is collected daily in the morning. Please ensure you put your trash out early inside the brown bench located on your porch or in the trash bin near the garage. There is no street-site collection.
- All trash MUST be in 13-gal trash bags- (NO SUPERMARKET BAGS)
- Loose trash or untied trash bags will not be picked up
- No heavy weighing bags will be picked-up
- All cardboard boxes including pizza boxes, MUST be broken down and tightly packed
- All glass bottles, diapers, pet waste, metal cans and loose food MUST be double bagged
- Please do not move the location of the trash bin or else the trash will not be picked up and you may be fined.
- Do not leave excessive garbage in the house or front door. The resort will charge you $500 to dispose of the garbage
