Very pleasant house. My kids loved the themed bedrooms, and they can't stop talking about it until now lol I guess I will have to remodel their bedroom. Also, Nova team is very responsive with all requests and I will definitely stay at their houses next year for our next Disney vacay. Recommended.
Nova Vacation Homes is awesome host!! They responded quick and met all of our needs. We needed to book our vacation last minute and they were willing to accept us with no complaints. They helped me a lot.

Our extended family stayed at this property, a family of four and then 3 grandparents. It was the perfect house for 17 people and could have had a few more guests stay with us and we still would have had plenty of room. The house was spectacular! Bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely spacious. The separate annex bedroom/bathroom located on the ground level was perfect for our elderly guest who has trouble getting around and up and down stairs. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. We will be booking through Nova Vacation Homes again on our next Florida adventure!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was truly a luxurious place, with plenty of room for all of our family members. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms ( Star Wars and Harry Potter) as well as the game room in the garage area. We were in this 10 bedroom home for 2 weeks and there were some little hiccups that are typical with such a large home, the management always responded immediately. Every single person that we dealt with was professional, came with the appreciate safety precautions and worked hard to solve our problems. Great team!!
We stayed at 2669 Manesty Ln in Windsor Hills resort. Windsor Hills was even nicer than we thought it would be. Very well taken care of, manicured landscape, nice warm community pool in the winter! 10 minutes away from most of the Disney World Parks.
House was very clean when we arrived. Well managed home. Also was well stocked with bedding, towels and other day to day needs. Washer and dryer were used daily. No bother with door keys as the electronic locks worked great. Gated community with guards who were very helpful in getting you in and out the gates. Provided barcoded parking pass to enter gates. The management was also amazing at communicating and making sure that our stay and trip went smoothly. Looking forward to our next visit to Nova Vacation Homes

This is the most immaculate house my family and I have ever stayed in. From the house itself to the resort to the incredibly hospitable customer service by nova this was an amazing experience and stay.
The house itself is even more gorgeous than the photos themselves. The designs are really cool, and the kids really loved it. I can tell a lot went into this house and it really shows because of how convenient everything was. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival. We were a group of 10 that stayed in this house and there was still much room.
A worry I had was that the house wouldn't comfortably fit all 10 of us. But man was I wrong! There was so much space, and no one fought for the bathroom. The game rooms are so much fun and make your childhood dreams of having a man cave somewhat of a reality for a bit. The house we got was in the Solara Resort which in itself was an amazing experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground while we took the cabanas and bar for our own fun.
We came here for Disney world, but honestly, I think we might just come back here just for the house and resort lol. Cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. Which was super accommodating when we needed some help with check-in and navigating the area for some cool suggestions on food and shopping. Nova really is the best management. Hands down.
There's a gym and even all kinds of shopping areas like 5 minutes' walk from the house. Super convenient for me and the family. If I could give more than 5 stars to this property and the host, I would definitely do it. You cannot go wrong with this place.
