Large windows bring natural light into the home, while the upstairs loft provides an additional entertainment area for movie nights, quiet relaxation or time away from the main living room.

The private pool area is one of the home’s best features. With strong rear privacy, outdoor seating and space for dining, it offers a peaceful place to enjoy the Florida sunshine without feeling overlooked.

The home includes six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including two themed bedrooms created especially for younger guests.

The Harry Potter and Mickey Mouse bedrooms are similar in size and are located near a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom setup.

With multiple king and queen bedrooms, the layout works especially well for families traveling with grandparents, multiple couples or children.

Step outside to your private screened pool and spa, surrounded by a peaceful outdoor area with excellent rear privacy.

Guests can spend the afternoon swimming, relax in the spa, enjoy a family meal outdoors or unwind by the pool after visiting Orlando’s attractions.

The covered lanai provides shade during the warmer parts of the day, while the outdoor dining and lounge areas make it easy to enjoy the Florida weather.

Pool and spa heating may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

Upstairs, the spacious loft offers another comfortable place to gather. It is ideal for movie nights, relaxing after the parks or giving children their own entertainment space while adults enjoy the main living area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and the basic essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading to Disney or preparing dinner for the entire family, the open kitchen provides plenty of space to cook and serve.

The home includes indoor dining space as well as outdoor dining by the pool, allowing the whole group to enjoy meals together.

A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Please ensure all vehicles comply with community regulations.

• Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.
If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.

• Trash & Waste Disposal
All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.
Trash is collected every morning by HOA.

• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.

• Grill Rental (Optional)
A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
• Additional days: $15 per day
• Extra propane refill: $40

• Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.
For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

• Towels Policy
Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.
Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.
If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.

• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.
