House Rules for Nova Vacation Homes 

Pets 

  • Pets are not permitted in our vacation homes. 
  • Service animals are allowed upon request, subject to an additional fee. Please contact us in advance. 

No Parties 

  • Parties, events, or loud music are strictly prohibited. 
  • Only registered guests are permitted on the property to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. 

No Smoking 

  • Smoking or vaping inside the home is not allowed. 
  • Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts in provided ashtrays (not in kitchen bowls, cups, or other utensils). 
  • A minimum $500 fee will be charged for smoking/vaping indoors or for improperly discarded cigarette butts. 

Lost and Found 

Forgot something? 

  • We’re happy to assist in returning lost items. 
  • While we’re not responsible for items left behind, we’ll arrange shipping at the guest’s expense upon request. Please submit a lost item form, and we’ll process it promptly. 

Towels and Linens 

  • Please treat bed sheets and towels with care (normal wear and tear is expected). 
  • Stains from makeup, foundation, face creams, or tanning products may incur a $25 replacement fee per unsalvageable linen or towel. 
  • Bath towels are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, or waterpark use. 

Swimming Pool 

  • Enjoy the pool responsibly! The owner and management are not liable for injuries or accidents。
  • Children must be supervised at all times. Diving, horseplay, or running around the pool area is prohibited. 
  • Glass items are not allowed in the pool area for safety. 
  • Do not tamper with air conditioning or pool equipment. 

Quiet Hours 

  • Respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise and music to a minimum during these times. 

Dishes 

  • Kindly wash any dishes you use during your stay. We provide starter dishwasher tablets for your convenience. 

Damages 

  • Please report any damages or breakages promptly. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of any damage caused during their stay. 

Energy Conservation 

  • Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and closing windows and doors when leaving the home each day and at check-out. 

Deliveries 

  • Arrange for all packages to be delivered during your stay. We are not responsible for receiving or storing packages. 

Late Check-Out 

  • Late check-out may be available upon request before your departure. Additional fees may apply. Contact us to confirm. 

Furniture 

  • Please do not move furniture to maintain the home’s setup and prevent damage. 

Washer and Dryer 

  • Avoid overloading the washer or dryer to ensure proper operation and prevent damage. 

Trash Procedures 

  • Trash is collected daily in the morning. Place all trash in 13-gallon trash bags (no supermarket bags) inside the brown bench on your porch or the trash bin near the garage. 
  • Loose trash, untied bags, or heavy bags will not be collected. 
  • Break down and tightly pack all cardboard boxes, including pizza boxes. 
  • Double-bag glass bottles, diapers, pet waste, metal cans, and loose food. 
  • Do not move the trash bin from its designated spot, or trash may not be collected, and fines may apply. 
  • Excessive garbage left in the home or at the front door may incur a $500 disposal fee from the resort. 
  • Do not use the clubhouse dumpster for trash disposal.
