After making the initial payment to secure your booking, we’ll send you a confirmation email and rental agreement, setting the stage for a magical stay!

Our vacation homes are ideally situated just minutes from the magic of Disney World, as well as other top attractions like SeaWorld and Universal Studios! We ensure every vacation home is perfectly prepared for your arrival, so check-in is at 4:00 PM on your arrival day, giving you plenty of time to settle in and start your Orlando adventure! Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM on your departure day. Please make sure to gather all your belongings and leave the property on time to help us maintain a seamless experience for all guests.
We understand plans can change, so here’s our clear cancellation policy for your peace of mind. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following:
- 90+ days before check-in: Your deposit will be refunded, minus a $185 processing fee.
- 60–90 days before check-in: The deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than 60 days before check-in: All rental payments are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds are not issued for cancellations due to acts of nature, such as weather, road conditions, power outages, or forest fires. For any questions, our team is here to assist you!
Our friendly team is available to assist you during our regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. For general inquiries outside these hours, feel free to send us an email or text, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. You can also conveniently book your vacation home anytime, day or night, directly on our website!
Your Nova Vacation Home comes equipped with the essentials to kick off your Orlando getaway! We provide linens and bathroom towels for your convenience, though please note that these towels are for bathroom use only—bring your own for pool, beach, or waterpark fun. Additionally, we supply starter amounts of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase extra supplies, as we do not replenish beyond the initial amounts provided.
Each home comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and baby gear like a crib and high chair. Stay connected with free local and long-distance calls within the U.S. and enjoy seamless browsing with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a relaxing, carefree getaway is included!
