The upstairs loft is designed for fun, connection, and relaxation. Challenge family and friends to a friendly game of pool, enjoy the arcade game, or settle into the nearby sofa when it’s time to recharge. Whether you’re sharing laughs over a little competition or simply slowing down after a busy day, this welcoming space is perfect for creating memorable moments together.

Resort Amenities
Guests have access to Windsor Island Resort amenities, including the clubhouse, resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, mini golf, sports courts, and playground. Some activities, private cabanas, arcade games, food, and beverages may require an additional fee.

Parking
A maximum of four vehicles is permitted per reservation. Please ensure that all vehicles comply with the community’s parking rules and regulations.

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.
Please contact us in advance if you would like to request this service, and we will be happy to check availability for you.

Trash & Waste Disposal
All trash must be securely placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house. Trash is collected every morning by the HOA.

🌡️ Pool & Spa Heating — Optional
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day. For optimal water temperature upon arrival, we recommend requesting pool heat at least three days in advance.

🔥 Grill Rental — Optional
A four-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
- Additional days: $15 per day
- Extra propane refill: $40

Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.

Towel Policy
Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only. Pool towels provided at the home are intended exclusively for use around the home’s private pool.
If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or another off-site location, please bring your own towels from home.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the surrounding community.
