- Master Suite 2: One King Bed / Attached Bathroom (Ground floor)
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed (Ground floor)
- Bedroom 4: Twin/Full Bunk Bed and Twin Bed (Upstairs)
- Bedroom 5: Twin/Full Beds (Upstairs)
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and cable.

- Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
- Dining table with seating for 8.
- Countertop seating for 4.
- All utensils, cookware, and dinnerware provided.

Extra Propane Gas: $40
- Starter Supplies: We provide a starter amount of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests should bring extra for longer stays.
- Towels: Towels are provided; Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, we provided pool tools for the house, if you would like to go to club house to enjoy the pool, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage, provided pool towels only can use in the house pool area.
- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am.
