Welcome to your cozy getaway at Windsor Island Resort. This inviting 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers comfortable spaces to gather, a private screened-in pool, and peaceful green views with no rear neighbors.

Spend your mornings over coffee, your afternoons by the pool, and your evenings curled up for a movie in the upstairs loft. A convenient shower room beside the pool makes it easy to enjoy a quick rinse after swimming.

LIVING & GATHERING

The open-plan living area brings everyone together, with a comfortable sectional sofa, an armchair, and a 65-inch Smart TV. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and everyday conveniences such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and blender. Plastic cups are also provided for poolside use.

Upstairs, the loft offers another cozy spot to unwind, with a sectional sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV for movie nights.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, giving everyone a comfortable space to retreat to.

Upstairs

• Bedroom 2 — King bed with an ensuite walk-in shower.

An additional half bathroom is located near the kitchen.

YOUR PRIVATE POOL RETREAT

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in your screened-in pool area, with green views beyond the rear fence and no neighbors directly behind the home. Gather around the outdoor dining table for a relaxed meal or settle in for a quiet afternoon by the water.

The small shower space beside the pool is an especially convenient touch, offering a handy place to rinse off after a swim.


WINDSOR ISLAND RESORT

Your stay includes access to Windsor Island Resort’s shared amenities, bringing even more ways to enjoy your vacation.

Float along the lazy river, cool off in the resort pool, or let the little ones splash around in the children’s water play area. Double waterslides, a hot tub, and a playground add to the fun, while the fitness center offers a place to keep up with your routine.

The resort also features a bar and grill, a theater room, and cabanas available to rent. Mini golf, rock climbing, and arcade activities are available for an additional charge. Please contact the resort for current pricing and availability.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

• Parking
A maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Please ensure all vehicles comply with community regulations.

• Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $45 per hour, subject to availability.
If you need this service, please contact us in advance so we can check availability for you.

• Trash & Waste Disposal
All trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags and disposed of in the trash bins located at the front of the house.
Trash is collected every morning by HOA.

• Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
Pool and hot tub heating is available for $35 per day.
We recommend requesting pool heat at least 3 days in advance for optimal temperature upon arrival.

• Grill Rental (Optional)
A 4-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
• Additional days: $15 per day
• Extra propane refill: $40

• Starter Supplies
We provide a starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.
For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

• Towels Policy
Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only.
Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool area only.
If you plan to visit the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or other off-site locations, please bring your own towels from home.

• Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
