Additional Services (Requires Extra Payment):

Pool Heat: Enjoy warm pool and hot tub access for $35 per day.
Please submit your pool heat request at least 3 days before your arrival. The pool heater must remain on for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note: Both the pool and hot tub share a single heating system. If pool heat is not selected, both amenities will remain unheated.

Grill Rental: Elevate your outdoor dining experience with a grill rental:
3 Burner: $85 per week
4 Burner: $105 per week Please submit your grill rental request at least 1 week before your arrival.
Remember to place the oil pan under the grill to avoid additional cleaning fees for the patio floor if it becomes dirty or stained.

Check in and check out
-    We have a firm check-in time at 4PM
-    We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic

• Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival

-    We have a firm check-out time at 10AM
-    We cannot provide late check-out

• Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival
• If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure

Amenities at the property
•  Linens and bathroom towels
    - Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
•  Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
    - Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
    - You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

INCLUSIVE RESORT AMENITIES
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked.
Guests will need to bring a copy of the receipt and a valid ID to the clubhouse in order to pick up the access card.
-1 to 12 guests is $35
-13+ guests is $45

All resort amenities are not included and to be paid for at the clubhouse front desk. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management).
