  • How do I book a reservation home?

    You can book with us directly on our website. Simply choose the dates for your trip and make the first payment to secure the reservation. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation email and the rental agreement for the vacation home.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept money order, cashier’s check, wire transfer, Zelle transfer, PayPal, and credit card (4% transaction will be applied for credit card payment. For other forms of payment, please contact us first.

  • How close are your vacation homes to Disney World?

    All our vacation homes are located in close proximity to Disney and other top attractions including Sea World and Universal Studios! For more detail on the location, please check under the specific resort page.

  • What is my check-in and check-out time?

    Our check-in and check-out times are quite firm as our team takes the care and time to prepare the property for all of our guests arrivals! Your vacation home will be ready for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please ensure you take all your belongings and leave the property promptly on time.

  • What is Nova Vacation Homes’ cancellation policy?

    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the policy below:
    - 90 days before the check-in date: deposit will be refunded minus a $185 processing fee
    - 60-90 days before the check-in date: deposit will not be refunded
    - Less than 60 days before the check-in date: all rental payment will not be refunded
    Nova Vacation Homes does not issue refunds due to acts of nature including but not limited to weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, and forest fires.

  • What is Nova Vacation Homes’ office hours?

    Our regular office hours are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday. Guests calling with general inquiries outside office hours can send us an email or text and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Reservations can be placed anytime by guests themselves through our website.

  • What is provided in my vacation home?

    We provide linens and bathroom towels, however the towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage. We also provide starter amounts are provided for trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay and you will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount.

  • What amenities are included in my vacation home?

    To ensure you have a relaxing and carefree vacation, we provide the following amenities in our vacation homes: free local and long distance calls within the United States, free high speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, baby gear including a crib and a high chair.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, we have a strict no pet policy in all our vacation homes.
