Monthly Statements
A breakdown of your reservations and rental amounts, our commission, and a list of all the expenses we paid on your behalf are all included in monthly statements that are sent out by the twenty-fifth of every month. Direct payment of the remaining amount is made into your U.S. bank account. We give you access to all of your owner statements.
Tax Services
Whether you choose a CPA from our network or find one on your own, we assist you in getting ready for tax season. You will receive the following every year:
- Year End Statement with a summary of your income and deductable expenses,
- 1099 (for US owners) or 1042-S (for non-US owners).
- Sales and Tourist Tax forms
Licensing and Compliance
We apply for and manage all the state and county licensing requirements for your rental property including the hotel license, the business tax receipt, and the sales tax certificate. There are no hidden fees or markups, the amount set by the authorities is the amount you pay. We also handle necessary permits, utility payments, and vendor payments on your behalf.
