Most frequent questions and answers (FAQ)

You can book with us directly on our website. Simply choose the dates for your trip and make the first payment to secure the reservation. Once we receive the payment, we will send you a confirmation email and the rental agreement for the vacation home.

We accept cashier’s checks, wire transfers, Zelle transfers, and credit cards (4% transactions will be applied for credit card payment. For other forms of payment, please contact us first.

All our vacation homes are located in close proximity to Disney and other top attractions including Sea World and Universal Studios! For more detail on the location, please check under the specific resort page. Our closest resort is Windsor Hills

Our check-in and check-out times are quite firm as our team takes the care and time to prepare the property for all of our guests arrivals! Your vacation home will be ready for check-in on your day of arrival at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please ensure you take all your belongings and leave the property promptly on time.

Cancellation by Guest must be done in writing and is subject to the policy below. We strongly advise all guests to purchase Trip Insurance or CSA Travel Protection.  

60 days prior to the check-in date: Full refund will be issued (minus $185 reservation fee).

Less than 60 days prior to the check-in date: all rental payment will not be refunded.

Power/ weather related cancellation: {companies.name} does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires.

Our regular office hours are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday. Guests calling with general inquiries outside office hours can send us an email or text and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Reservations can be placed anytime by guests themselves through our website.

We provide linens and bathroom towels, however the towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage. We only provide an initial/starting kit which provides trash bags, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, etc. For your continuous stay, please feel free to bring your own or purchase from the local store

To ensure you have a relaxing and carefree vacation, we provide the following amenities in our vacation homes: free local and long distance calls within the United States, free high speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, baby gear including a crib and a high chair.

Unfortunately, we have a strict no pet policy in all our vacation homes.
